What has been the biggest challenge in your entrepreneurial journey, and how did you overcome it?
The hardest part was building trust while challenging entrenched systems. We weren’t just offering a new tool—we were rewriting how strategy is done. Early on, people wanted to shut us down. I was seen as “inconvenient,” especially in Switzerland. Many didn’t believe that a digital platform could match the depth of traditional consultancy. But I stayed the course. I focused on real impact, diverse clients, and built a product so good it couldn’t be ignored. Five years of grit, through COVID and beyond, culminated in the launch of MoreThanDigital Insights. Today, we support millions worldwide and remain fiercely independent—no outside influence, no compromise on values.
Where do you see AI making the biggest impact in your industry over the next five years?
